ARABIAN GULF (Nov. 16, 2015) Sailors assigned to the Cyclone-class patrol ship USS Monsoon (PC 4) visit, board, search, and seizure (VBSS) team, set up a security perimeter aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) as part of a training exercise during Warfighter 2015.
