Michael France, outgoing commanding officer of the "Liberty Bells" of Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron (VAW) 115, has a bucket of water poured on him in celebration of his last flight as commanding officer during the VAW-115 change of command ceremony aboard the Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Ronald Reagan and its embarked air wing, Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 5, provide a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of the U.S. and its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
