John Dills, Joint Task Force-Bravo officer in charge, sets up an antenna for communications capabilities during the Honduran troop movement, Operation CARAVANA XIII, Nov. 4, 2015, in the Gracias a Dios department (state) of Honduras. Dills provided command and control capabilities for the Honduran troop movement, which U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawks supported with airlift capabilities, giving the Hondurans greater freedom of movement to counter drug trafficking and related criminal activities.
