Staff Sgt. Larry A. Moore, a recruiter with Recruiting Substation Long Beach, Calif., and Major James Dollard, commanding officer of Recruiting Station Orange County, presented Nia Toliver with the Sports Illustrated Athlete of the Month Award for her talent on the rugby team at View Park Preparatory Accelerated Charter High School in Los Angeles Nov. 13, 2015. Team members of the men’s and women’s USA rugby team also took part in the award presentation ceremony.
