Coast Guard seeking public's help locating owner of dive float found adrift off Oahu

The Coast Guard is seeking the public's help in identifying the owner of a dive float adrift 500 yards south of the Keehi Channel entrance buoy, in Oahu, Nov. 14, 2015.
