1st Lt. Craig Muma and Capt. Juan Chavez interview applicants for their Extreme Engineering Challenge Team during the 2015 Society of Hispanic Professionals and Engineers Symposium in Baltimore, Md., Nov. 11, 2015. Students were given 24 hours to complete an engineering challenge with Muma and Chavez to guide and motivate them along the way. Muma currently serves as reserve support at Marine Corps Recruiting Command in Quantico, Va., and Chavez serves as a recruiting support officer, Recruiting Station Albuquerque.
