An Observer, Controller, Trainer (OCT) mentors a young infantryman assigned to 1st Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division during an assault on an objective at the Joint Readiness Training Center at Fort Polk, La., Oct. 30, 2015. This training provides the opportunity for senior infantrymen to assess and improve the skills of the infantrymen conducting the attack.
