US Army Chaplain (Lt. Col.) William Harrison, assigned to the 4th Infantry Division Mission Command Element discusses “The Weather Prayer”, in front of the final resting place of Gen. George S. Patton, former commander of 3rd US Army. “The Weather Prayer” or “Patton’s Prayer” was a prayer written by Chaplain (Col.) James O’Neill at the request of Patton during the Battle of the Bulge.
