Adm. John C. Harvey, Jr., Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, center-top, discusses the importance of the Navy's role in Afghanistan, prior to a re-enlistment ceremony for Petty Officer 1st Class Joseph Cavins, right-top, of Carterville, Ill. The ceremony was held on Camp Eggers, the location of NATO Training Mission - Afghanistan headquarters, in Kabul, on Nov. 28. Harvey also ate lunch with Sailors and met with senior leadership while on the camp.
