151103-N-CJ186-734 ARABIAN GULF (Nov. 3, 2015) Commander, Task Group (CTG) 56.7’s Riverine Command Boat (RCB) 805 participates in a bi-lateral exercise with Kuwait naval forces in the Arabian Gulf. The combined-joint exercise provided U.S. naval forces, U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Army, an opportunity to exchange tactics and best practices with Kuwait naval forces. CTG 56.7 conducts maritime security operations to ensure freedom of movement for strategic shipping and naval vessels operating in the inshore and coastal areas of the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
