INDIAN OCEAN (Nov. 6, 2015) U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Jarrett Scoggins preps a horn for a buffer on an aircraft aboard the USS Anchorage (LPD 23). Scoggins is an airframe mechanic with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 161 (Reinforced), 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit. The 15th MEU is currently deployed in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region to promote regional stability and security in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt. Steve H.
