Staff Sgt. Josiah Crowell, Tech. Sgt. James Heathcock and Airman 1st Class Jeremy Cooper, all from the 186th Security Forces Squadron, help gather gear following anti-hijacking training at the Combat Readiness Training Center, Gulfport, Miss., during Exercise Southern Strike 16 Nov. 5, 2015. During this training, Security Forces members from the 186th Security Forces Squadron secured the outside of the aircraft, then made entry through the rear. During the exercise, the airmen involved exchanged fire with opposition forces (portrayed by Customs and Border Patrol agents from the Mississippi Gulf Coast area) before rescuing several hostages inside. They were assisted by JTAC from the 238th Air Support Operations Squadron from Meridian, Miss.
