Col. (retired) Benjamin Alvin Drew a NASA astronaut and retired United States Air Force officer is interviewed during Gathering of Eagles in Wood Auditorium at Air Command and Staff College. Col Drew was a crew member on the STS-118 Space Shuttle Endeavour mission to the International Space Station in 2007 and the space shuttle Discovery’s final mission, STS-133 in 2011. During the Discovery’s mission, Drew became the 200th person to perform a spacewalk. Currently, Drew is serving as the NASA Liaison to Air Force Space Command, NORAD/U.S. Northern Command and U.S. Strategic Command. Col Drew is one of 12 Eagles for 2015 Gathering of Eagles, GOE is an Air Command and Staff College annual event. (USAF Photograph by Donna L. Burnett/Released)
