The REMUS Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (UUV) begins it’s mission, operated by members of Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 1, during Exercise Clear Horizon 2015 on Commander Fleet Activities Chinhae. Exercise Clear Horizon is an annual bilateral exercise between the U.S. and Republic of Korea navies that focus on increasing capabilities and coordination between ships, and aircraft in mine countermeasures in international waters surrounding the Korean peninsula.
