BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Brunei (Nov. 4, 2015) The U.S. 7th Fleet Band's contemporary music ensemble Orient Express and the Royal Brunei Navy Band perform at SMARTER Brunei, a center dedicated to helping people of all ages with autism, during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2015. CARAT is a series of annual, bilateral maritime exercises between the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
