    A C-17 Globemaster from Alaska Air National Guard’s 249th Airlift Squadron airdrops a Guardian Angel rescue team from Alaska ANG’s 212th Rescue Squadron and palletized rescue craft Oct. 31, 2015, near the coast of White Beach Naval Base, Japan. Members from the 212th RQS conducted long-range search and rescue training, which entailed an approximately 12-hour flight to deliver rescue capabilities across the Pacific Ocean.
