Airmen from the 51st Medical Operations Squadron continue to simulate patient care in protective equipment during the Vigilant Ace 16 exercise on Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Nov. 3, 2015. The exercise is a combined operation between ROK and U.S. forces designed to enhance the alliance between the two countries. The MDOS participates in Vigilant Ace 16 to help learn vital skills needed in the event of real-world contingencies. This exercise allows the MDOS Airmen to train in mission oriented protective posture, or MOPP, gear along with actively role-playing with simulated patients.
