Cpl. John C. Shaffer runs though the Medal of Honor Endurance Course during week five of the Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company Basic Course on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 19, 2015. The ANGLICO Basic Course is a seven-week course that provides ANGLICO Marines the basic training and skill level needed to complete their mission. The Marines climbed, roped and ran through the Okinawan jungle, as well as learned about Medal of Honor recipients who went above and beyond their duties.
