Senior Airman Gregory Hovore, crew chief from the 455th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, inspects the propeller of the C-130 Hercules to make sure the aircraft has enough power for its mission Nov. 21. With the ability to take off and land on dirt or rough landing strips, the Hercules is used to move troops and equipment into hostile areas. Hovore, a Reno, Nev. native, is deployed from the Nevada Air National Guard's 152nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.
