Allison Abbott a paramedic for Scripps Mercy Hospital layers a simulated wound on the forehead of a mock victim during a training exercise for an active shooter involving several government agencies. Sailors from various commands at Naval Base Coronado participated in the three-site, Navy Camp Michal Monsoor, Campo and Boulevard Border Patrol Stations. Sailors provided feedback and coordinating strategies to agents in an effort to strengthen their crises-response ability.
