Kellen Hamel, assigned to the Special Weapons Exploitation Team, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, teaches Iraqi investigators how to make fingerprint profiles at the the Provincial Government Center, in Ramadi, Iraq, Nov. 18.
