Escorted by Arlington County Police and the D.C. Duck, the first runners of the 40th Marine Corps Marathon begin to cross the Francis Scott Key Bridge near the 4-mile mark from Arlington, Va., into Georgetown in Washington, D.C., Oct. 25, 2015.
