U.S. Army Reserve and National Guard Soldiers pose for a photo alongside a group of American University in Kosovo students during a Females in Information Technology networking event, held Oct. 22, 2015, in Pristina, Kosovo. The Soldiers, currently assigned to Multinational Battle Group-East, are deployed to Kosovo as part of NATO’s peace support mission in the region. The Soldiers volunteered to participate in the event so they could use their civilian and military backgrounds to help mentor students on developing successful careers in IT. The FIT program is designed to teach females useful skills in the IT field that will help them to find employment in Kosovo or abroad. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Erick Yates, Multinational Battle Group-East)
