Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell Commanding Officer Capt. Edward Westfall gives a presentation following an award ceremony the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy in Washington, D.C., Oct. 27, 2015. Westfall explained how the Coast Guard, along with the help the crew of Coast Guard Cutter Alert, Helicopter Interdiction Tactical Squadron, Joint Interagency Task Force South, Coast Guard District 11, and two Navy P-3 crews were able to seize illicit drugs and detain seven narcotics traffickers.
