Cpl. Danny Howell from Noamawl, W. Va., and 2nd Lt. Palmer Batt from Tiburon, Calif., assigned to D Company, 4th Battalion, 6th Infantry Regiment demonstrate how to use intravenous fluids in a Combat Life Saver course taught to the Iraqi federal police in November. Continuing their "advise and assist" mission with month-long rotations at JHS Shaheen in the Federal Police Brigade Headquarters, the D Company Soldiers provide security for the compound and simultaneously develop and execute training plans.
