Spouses of active-duty service members hold the low warrior pose during the annual Spouses Spa Day hosted by Marine Corps Family Team Building at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., Oct. 22, 2015. During the event spouses of active-duty service members were pampered with facials, foot soaks and were given strategies to help them relax. Spouses enjoyed free yoga, fresh smoothies and mini spa treatments. MCFTB used the event as an opportunity to give the ladies a relaxing experience to combat the stresses of being a military spouse.
