Retired U.S. Marine Corps Master Sgt. Patrick Flaharty prepares to lay down a reef aboard a Patrol 28 Police Boat off the coast of Onslow Beach, N.C., Oct. 16, 2015. The reefs were laid in memory of those lost on Oct. 15, 1985, from Battalion Landing Team 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, and Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 263.
