Retired U.S. Marine Corps Master Sgt. Patrick Flaharty looks out of a Patrol 28 Police boat before laying down reefs off the coast of Onslow Beach, N.C., Oct. 16, 2015. The reefs were laid in memory of those lost Oct. 15, 1985, from Battalion Landing Team 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, and Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 263.
