Tugs tow the Crowley-owned barge La Princesa from where it was grounded at Sandbridge beach in Virginia Beach, Wednesday, Nov. 18. The barge grounded on the beach Friday after breaking free of its tug as a result of the heavy weather from the nor'easter which affected the area.
