Australian Defense Force service members, U.S. Marines and U.S. Navy Seabees construct a building during exercise Harii Hamutuk 2015, at the Port Hera Naval Base in Hera, Timor Leste, Oct. 12, 2015. HH15 is an Australian-led exercise conducted across several engineering civic action program sites to facilitate multilateral training between the Falintil-Forcas Defensa Timor Lorosae, Australian Defense Force, U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, and Japan Ground Self-Defense Force. The ADF service members are with 1st Combat Engineer Regiment, 1st Brigade. The U.S. Marines are with 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force. The U.S. Navy Seabees are with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, 1st Naval Construction Battalion.
