Arriving in Baghdad Nov. 16, California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger stopped to talk to nearly 400 troops at Camp Victory. Schwarzenegger spent two hours shaking hands, hugging and snapping photos with troops who, he says, have done great things for the people of the United States and the Iraqi people.
