MANAMA, Bahrain (Oct. 8, 2015) - Sailors from Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, participated in a community relations program providing $600 worth of supplies to a local school. The Sailors delivered the supplies to the American Cultural & Education Center who teaches low-income students English speaking, reading and writing skills to better equip them for employment or educational opportunities aboard. U.S. Naval Force Central Command/Commander, U.S. 5th Fleet is responsible for 2.5 million square miles of area including the Arabian Gulf, Sea of Oman, Gulf of Aden, Red Sea and parts of the Indian Ocean and 20 countries.
