ARTA RANGE FACILITY, Djibouti (Oct. 7, 2015) A U.S. Marine, with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Force Reconnaissance Detachment, provides security during a desert survival and tactics course alongside the French 5th Overseas Combined Arms Regiment (RIAOM).
