ARTA RANGE FACILITY, Djibouti (Oct. 6, 2015) U.S. Marines with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Force Reconnaissance Detachment, provide security during a desert survival and tactics course alongside the French 5th Overseas Combined Arms Regiment (RIAOM).
