U.S. Army Cpt. John Bryant, commander, Delta Co. 1-118th Infantry, S.C. Army National Guard, takes a call from the Williamsburg County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) while conducting a on-site visit to one of the traffic control points in the southern most portion of his area of operation, Oct. 11, 2015. The South Carolina National Guard has been activated to support state and county emergency management agencies and local first responders as historic flooding impacts counties statewide.
