An Australian soldier assigned to Task Group Taji leads a first aid class on applying tourniquets as part of a train-the-trainer course at the Iraqi Army Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) Academy at Camp Taji, Iraq, Sept. 29, 2015. The NCO Academy was developed to empower junior leaders within the Iraqi army.
