Lt. Gen. Larry Nicholson speaks during his in call with Ambassador to Japan Caroline Kennedy Oct. 10 on Camp Foster, Okinawa. Kennedy discussed the successful on-going land return projects with Nicholson who is the newly appointed commanding general of III Marine Expeditionary Force as well as the Okinawa area coordinator. Kennedy and Nicholson along with Joel Ehrendreich, Brig. Gen. Mark R. Wise, Col. Christopher B. Snyder and Dr. Edwin Schlossberg took a tour of Camp Foster and Camp Kinser as part of the in call. Ehrendreich is the U.S. Consul General Naha, Okinawa. Wise is the deputy commanding general U. S. Forces Japan and Snyder is the deputy commander Marine Corps Installations Pacific.
