U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Robert Grady, tactical aircraft maintenance specialist with the Wisconsin Air National Guard's 115th Fighter Wing, stands ready to launch one of the unit's F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter aircraft from Łask Air Base, Poland, Sept. 8, 2015. The Wisconsin F-16s are joining forces with the 52nd Fighter Wing from Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany to train with F-16s from Poland's 6th and 10th Fighter Squadrons during U.S. Aviation Detachment Rotation 15-4.
