    KFOR Regional Command East

A Polish Army soldier, serving on NATO's Kosovo Force peace support mission and assigned to the Multinational Battle Group-East Forward Command Post, looks out on the mountains along the Administrative Boundary Line during an Aug. 18, 2015, joint KFOR and Serbian Armed Force foot patrol in northern Kosovo. The patrol was conducted by soldiers from KFOR and Serbia, and also included senior leaders from each organization. KFOR conducts these routine patrols as an impartial force, in cooperation with the Serbian military, in order to ensure compliance with U.N. Security Council Resolution 1244 and the Military Technical Agreement and maintain a secure environment for all citizens of Kosovo. (U.S. Army photo by Capt.
