Kosovo Force officials, including Multinational Battle Group-East Commander U.S. Army Col. Vernon Simpson (third from left), greet Serbian Armed Forces officials at the beginning of a joint Administrative Boundary Line patrol and leader engagement held Aug. 18, 2015, in northern Kosovo. The patrol was conducted by soldiers from KFOR and Serbia, and also included senior leaders from each organization. KFOR conducts these routine patrols as an impartial force, in cooperation with the Serbian military, in order to ensure compliance with U.N.
