An Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician returns from investigating the simulated explosive device during Urgent Response 2015 on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Oct. 7. Urgent Response is an annual, full-scale exercise designed to test and train base emergency services to respond to a major crisis incident which simulated a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device and included the cooperation of the emergency services on the installation to include fire and police services, the emergency operations center and Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune.
