Senior Master Sgt. Susan Schroeder, of the 119th Communications Flight, right, hands a nametag to retired Chief Master Sgt. Quam is a charter member of the North Dakota Air National Guard, who joined the organization in 1947. He turned 99 years old October 1. 114 retired unit members attended event. The breakfast is held each year in an effort to recognize the contribution and appreciation of the retired members of the North Dakota Air National Guard and to inform them about the current state of the unit and issues and events happening within the organization.
