ARTA BEACH, Djibouti (Sept. 25, 2015) An instructor from the French 5th Overseas Combined Arms Regiment (RIAOM) demonstrates how to properly secure a harness on obstacles foe the U.S. Marines with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit during a desert survival course.
