Brandon Stafford assigned to the 133rd Military Police Company, South Carolina Army National Guard provides assistance and information to David Gipson of North Santee, S.C., during a health and welfare check October 6, 2015. The health and welfare checks were in response to widespread flooding in the area as a result of heavy rain.
