Sgt. 1st Class Joshua Farrell, an operations noncommissioned officer, Special Troops Battalion, 1st Sustainment Command (Theater), meets 6-month-old Liam Coffeen, along with his parents, 1st Lt. Brian and Caitlin Coffeen, Sept. 30 at Spout Springs Fire Department in Cameron, N.C. Farrell, a Tulsa, Okla., native, rescued the baby from an overturned car in August on N.C. Highway 87.
