A High Mobility Artillery Rocket System is secured inside a C-17 Globemaster III prior to takeoff in support of Bold Quest 15.2 operations at Biggs Army Airfield on Oct. 2. While the C-17 was flying, Coalition Joint Forward Observers transmitted digital call-for-fires into the aircraft to faciliate expeditionary delivery of long-range fire support. Concurrently, Joint Terminal Air Controllers were simulating live-fire operations on the grounds over White Sands Missile Range. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Emily A. Kenney)
