PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (Sept. 29, 2015) Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii Commanding Officer Capt. Dean Tufts presents Builder Second Class (Seabee Combat Warfare) Reynaldo A. Castro with a Letter of Commendation marking his selection as NAVFAC Hawaii’s Junior Sailor of the Quarter, 3rd Quarter, Fiscal Year 2015. Castro was chosen from among his peers (Pay Grade E5/Petty Officer Second Class) as the individual who most clearly and consistently exhibited the qualities of a true professional.
