Col. Anthony Schiavi, 102nd Intelligence Wing Commander, Otis Air National Guard Base, Mass., uses an excavator to demolish the old security forces operations center to make room for the new $12.8 million intelligence facility. The new mission provides multi-discipline intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance decision superiority information to U.S., Allied and coalition military forces, government agencies and emergency first-responders across the full range of military operations.
