An emergency medical technician assists a casualty while evacuating a building as part of a mock active shooter scenario Sept. 23 during Exercise Constant Vigilance 2015 aboard Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan. The emergency medical technicians are trained within the Marine Corps Installations Pacific fire department and arrived on the scene to evacuate the wounded and provide medical care. Constant Vigilance is an annual training exercise that ensures MCIPAC facilities on Okinawa are trained and ready to deal with a wide variety of scenarios to include emergency, medical, security and terrorist response.
