A local mother receives clothing from Petty Officer 2nd Class Astra Togbah for her son in District Seven of Djibouti on Nov. 6. Carter's donated the 10,000 units of children's clothing the sailors have been delivering to children in need through various organizations and orphanages. This delivery is one of many by service members based out of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. Togbah is a religious program specialist from Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center, San Diego, Calif., deployed at Camp Lemonnier. Carter's makes and sells clothing for children.
